Return Policies

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to signing for the package. If the package is damaged, please sign noting the damage with the carrier. Sysconet has a 48 hour deadline to make a claim with the carrier, if we are not notified via an RMA request within that timeframe, we will be limited in any remedy possible, including but not limited to, declining a return merchandise authorization number for your request. Please verify the packing slip prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging, if you are not satisfied with your order or there is a problem, please verify our returns conditions below.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

If you are eligible for a return based on the conditions stated, please email info@sysconet.com and in the subject line of the e-mail indicate "RMA Request for Invoice #######". Please be sure to include the following information in your e-mail, as we are unable to process your return request without it:

• Your Sysconet customer number.
• Your Sysconet invoice number.
• The reason for the return request (i.e.: defective, DOA, etc.) with as much detail as possible.
• The condition of the product packaging: factory sealed, open box/intact, open box/missing items, etc.
• The condition of the product. If the product is defective and you have a case # from the manufacturer’s Tech Support department, this is very helpful in accelerating the return process.

It will take up to two (2) business days before a customer service representative will contact you with an authorization number for your return.

Helpful Hints to Ease the RMA Process:

• Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 30 days.
• Keep all products in new condition.
• Do not remove UPC codes or serial numbers. Boxes without UPC codes or serial numbers will be refused.
• Do not write or mark the packaging, contents or warranty registration cards.
• Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product: cables, software, manuals, registration, warranty cards etc. Linked promotional items must also be included.

General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns:

• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Sysconet highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns.
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Sysconet Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. IMPORTANT: Products returned without a valid RMA # appearing on the exterior packaging will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
• All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: Returned orders with items missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee of at least 15%, at Sysconet’s sole discretion.
• RMA numbers issued by Sysconet are good for 10 days only, and product must be received by Sysconet within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.
• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within six weeks of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
• All returns are subject to verification by Sysconet and such verification may result in the rejection of the return, or an additional restocking fee, at Sysconet’s sole discretion.

Product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to Sysconet within 30 days from invoice date for a refund or exchange.

Product that has been opened may sometimes be returned to Sysconet within 30 days of the invoice date, although such returns will be on a case by case basis, depending on the manufacturer’s return policies, and those returns will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee. All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition based on manufacturer specifications.

Any manuals, cables etc. that are missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee of at least 15%, at Sysconet’s sole discretion.

All returns are subject to verification by Sysconet and such verification may result in the rejection of the return, at Sysconet’s sole discretion.

Air Shipments

If you require your shipment to go by air you will be charged additional freight. The cost of shipping air is $24.99 for anything that weights 15 pounds and under. If you package exceeds 15 pounds then you must add $1.95 per extra pound.

If you are planning to ship your package by air service because you require the product the next day, always verify if there is stock of the product. Shipping by air service doesn’t assure next day delivery if the product ordered is backordered. It only assures next day delivery if purchased before 3PM and if the product is in stock at one of our various warehouses.
